of course its late at night
most of the oc is sleeping and im waiting for the meeting with chair, she is late if she is not in 5 minutes im going back on party i need it as air!huh the check in was great and the oc was great! they did great job amazing! and food and taking care!!!the opening ceremony sorry for me it was simply borring!!!:/I fall asleep ans slept like 40 minutes so i lost the most important part of it, then stayed in vip part missed the second nice part of this day huh, then shopping and nothing was there!!!:/
OCM rather quick and rather ok although people were sleeping:-(. Arrangement with canteen- unfortunatelly to much food ordered but now we have...173 delegates! wow??? yeah i cannot believe it!
after meeting- one hour-3.10, no party lots of staff for tomorrow morning huh it was not my aim for yc..life

at the Venue

huh its crazy being ocp- its hard- not knowin the things i normally would know and need to know now.
having budget to small for the conference to work as I wish for it, with oc i do not know and cc i do not know even more;-)hard hard life;-)but now0 its wednesday night- 3am before conference- and i think its working we have problems with budget but still we have 75 delegates after check in, noone is waiting for the keys to the room delegates are not picked up but supported on their way here always, we cut some costs- such as coffee, tea, after visit in 141 we had some nice staff e.i. badges with leashes. Venue look nice its all full of marks and u feel yc! atmosphere. We have oc dance and people do not drink too much. its not so bad we are ql com'n
I wish I had time to write and chat with all the friends Im meeting here all the time huh

its tuesday or wednesday-3:06 am you can is almost here and im prbably a little bit irresponsible staying so long, not going to sleep but i really needed this time, with my old new friends, i didnt realize it before i got to know so many people from all over the world yes i do know lots of people here. Ok byt its quite late now so i will just make up for the missing thins, especially asia last mcp of tanzania is sleeping here so i do not want to interrupt here . So my shopping was so funny - first when we were in the que there was a couple coming from the left side and making shopping so we had to wait in the till then when we were quing the telephone runng in another till and the women asked a customer to pick it up with words- pick up the phone why u r not picking up! then she said that ola;s signature its not nice and she had to do this one more time, to sum up i didnt have so much fun in the supermarket for ages.
Then we had discussion- assesment center versus review boards
and i went to the venue to be ocp officialy- huh a little bit stressed and a litttle bit thinking about other things such as rb... so people?
my ocp days are freaky- lots of things, getting to new role trying to be the best ocp ever for the best oc and delegates we will see how it will work
now im going to sleep in four hours i need to wake up...
one reflection still do not know why some people treat me in this way...
maybe someday they will tell me?

fast time

huh so before going on campus as ocp of you can on friday we went shopping with ola and czarny to buy jeans - i found one on wed in arkadia but they didnt have my size, then we went to galeria mokotow on thursday so on friday we went to galeria bemowo cause i didnd have any jeans to take with me for the venue. Ciorny was also looking for trousers and it was really fun to see him checking all the trousers and trying to pick up one for him and then we went to the supermarket and it was really funny but now i need to go- huh hard life;-)
but will try to make up for this brek in blog asap

day by day

I promised not to neglect this blog so I wont. Ok so wednesday was relaxing day still for me lot of work but I tried to get used to Warsaw, then really hard and long EBM some parts of it were killing me:/. Then huh day of WOW- Friday I became OCP of You Can! yes u read it ok I will lead this conference and I will do this I had to this with my team for my delegates!

So first explanations some of my last post were little bit cut- its learning planners not learing plans
And of course my first day of stayin here was much more interesting and sophisticated than what I mentioned.
We planned the whole agenda of the camp for first year students :-). Bartus was amazing and oour kffiatki . uh I missed this atmosphere in Mace probably. Adapciak will rock the house and Umit will visit us for weekend:-)Afterwards- of course me and my adventures!!! huh 4 hours of waiting for someone with keys to our eb warehouse!huh.
Neighbours of Czarny are great they offered me a tea and were so full of compasion. ;-) And I had internet - yes wireless in front of the block of flats so it was funny and quiet strange for them!;-)
After Czarny's come back we drunk Jabuko- rakija and ola joined us, they stayed a little bit longer than me but still the day was much more better than I expected!!!

Im a Faci- enter CEE here i come

Yes Im a member of this great team team of Facis of enterCEE conference I cannot wait! Hope we will give all delegates what they need and much more!!! jupi:-)
And new age- working in our office bach to roots;-). Im afraid I was more efficient in Mace may it be possible? huh night in eb flat yeyeyeye;-) with my eb and of course rakija and chats andour karate/ kffiatki you are so crazy! men;-) and we finishe learning planns they will rock. Now Im sure about it!

back2 Warsaw

I didnt expect came back will be so strange huh really different from my staing in in fact the whole day was much better:-) I missed u Warsaw I did?

two day at home

The rest of Sunday and Monday was for my family- we managed to see pictures, in fact only with grandaprent cause my mum fall asleep in the middle:( huh I should have given them more support and help:(.There was Old Jazz Meeting festival in Ilawa then so in the evening we went to listen some music nice, but only few people and only 5?familiar... eveing- of course in front of the laptopo. Mace did not change me so much... Monday was free- since on Tue was some holy day;-). We spent it on the boat. No way next year we need to go sailing or sth com'n its not healthy;-). Evening- packing the staff preparation to planning of camp for first year students and meeting with Kwiatuszek!We havent seen each other for ages but we talked talked talked and I wouldn mind staying there for longer and chat!huh Grats for ur studies! Keep my fingers crossed for that!

trip for one smile:-)

My trip was really freaky- of course it was my trip. It begun at Skopje airport- for sure u are alowed there to have more of hand luggage;-)and its really funny when u go to the plane!but the flight was a little bit horrible. I sat in the middle seat- between green boy- almost vomitting and the second one i do not know why - terrorist for me. Then it turned out this terrorist was really nice albanian going to germany when he lives and works! And he stayed for 2 hours with me at the airport 2 out of 14;-).The flight was terrible - to much of turbulence and the food was awful and no wine:P. Then so much time at the airport- I started my wrap up the CEED. I really needed this time! It was great- so I didn't finish my CEED experience I was able to sumarize it! But this night was really freaky. I spent it with a boy from Lebanon- staying there for the 3rd night- going around the airport in slippers. He shared with me his coupons for food and wine. We were drinking and chatting. About family, war, life really unique experience. Getting to know new things, experience. Jag shared with me his pillow blanket and all the staff. Hope u will have safe flight back and take care of yourself and ur brother! In the morning finally Warsaw- of course flight was bllllleeeeee:P:P:P and first time I got food in pieces- no pack.I was at the train station the time when my train was supposed to leave so I bought the ticket for the next one, but then I went to the platform and there was this train still waiting. I just got in sat in the corridor- cause it was IC and I had no place ticket. I was sitting and waiting when conductor came. He offered me a place to sleep I mean a totally empty compartment. He put the air conditioning at hgher temperature. Finally I was supposed to buy a new ticket! Unfortunatelly I didnt have anough amount of money... and the conductor was not able to explain me the difference between law discount and and trade one... yeah! So finally he decided not to charge me! wow good things are coming back to u!!!I was at home one hour before:-) in my home sweet home! from the very beginning missing Macedonia! But this one smile trip was sth I will for sure keep in mind!

FRriday and Saturday-last day

last day was mainly about going around0 buying ajvar which i have not tried- not doing much staff buying earrings and bag, packing my staff planning that next while girls were sleeping and then- last night! first kafana- 1 meter of beer and lots of food- this bread with cheese and sth like shis kebab but so delicate and jammi;-)unfortunatelly evening was mostly with ceeders- at kafana for while maja ravin and antonio joined us but they didnt go with to the park and disco so disco drinking team was Kobila, Ofca Igor I and me we stayed long at night chatting drinking in the park, then went to maracana then in our place and time in kafana was like old german farewell- lots of fodd and this beer:-)will i miss skopsko? On Saturday i didnt feel like waking up girl either- but maja coming for pictures make me wake up thanx to her i managed to pack rest of the staff and we went for burek yes we bought a whole pizza one- our , my papa breakfast itcouldnt have been anything else- burek... i have this song now;-) crazy.Majkus thx for book maybe its unbeliveble;-) but i do want to come back. We went to the airport- Kara and Kare took me so girls- Ofca and Kobila went with I felt like crying girls I will f* miss u! its not healthy pizda... smacznego..lele:P
my baggage was heavy- 21.3 but they took it so I was about my trip for one smile, but this is a completely different story;-)

a little bad luck

Thursday- supposed to go to Matka but it was rainy so i didnt see the canion- am i supposed to come back or what? instead of spending long hourrs in office I walked around green market with Maja, then we had lunch- we were supposed to eat in the best fast food- burger place no matter on tue we promised not to eat more meat and on wed with brina ate hamburger cause we found one close to school. but this best place was close so we went to kafana- of course red meat eh but it was amazing- for 70 den u got chips piece of meat and few vegetables! of course free water and 40- so,me bread with cheese- simple but tasty and bere here is 0.5 not 0,3 as in fancy places. And what is kafana cheaper and not so fabcy restaurabt- sth like roadhouse!it was raining during day too. Girls went for cofee and pancakes- me and brina stayed in the office. ajci- the end of the day staying at Mc flat of course fighting against Ravin:Pand then Marko took us at the subburbs and we had tost foir only 30den- the maked here tosts from a rall, and u can have tost only with chips imagine that?after coming backo home we had our last freaky hours we got crazy at nights currently laughing and chatting and girls picked up some staff they want form my laptop I need to make a list what I need from them too.

Wed was the day I got this feeling- coming back is so close- and mixed feeling do i want to go back or not- and the answer was often not- i liked my teleworking, my distance to life, my nights without internet but... i was working less in the office- more going to green market or around to got my skopje in me to caught it. Evening- pd talks with brina and kara i really liked it more than going oout and spending money on juice:D

Skopje guided tour

On Tuesday we didnt spend much time in office- we had guided tour around Skopje with Marko! Very very nice;-) maybe not so many new places but history of it, and some unkown routes- turkish bazar- grenn bazar I started to feel like home in Skopje. We were in mosque for me it was first time- amazing feeling its so different has this sth inside on one hand I didn’t feel as like inside of saint place on the other it was not an odrinary room. We ate in turkish bazar but these kebabcice were not so ql, no raw kromid. We had also meeting with NST member eXchange- Antotnio;-) nice but hm people if u want to achieve sth there is no try! Just do! So be more decisive! Evening with Kara- finally great discussion about recrutiment still canot get some points- as number of people interested in organzation or assessing LC needs. Of course promised to myself not to eat meat anymore but...;-). It was bibi papa party- she is going to...poland yes:-) but we did not stay long with brina- went home and work- pd workaholics...- we managed to got one thing we missed in ohrid- kiki riki to beer;-)

coming home

hm so firstly introduction- im writing these sitting at the airport- still almost 12 hours to my flight- around 2 passed. Im sitting here, using internet starting to miss macedonia, I have skopsko and burek with but now drinking water from ceeders' flat tap - I think I needed this time between not in Mace anymore but not in Warsaw- time for wrap up and my reflection on this ceed its really great!

I didnt write this week cause I was not able- to be honest I do not want to go back huh- maybe cause Im not so deep in Mace Im more LC teleworking I really do not want to live- this atmosphere and my;-) people here
But ok the last week day by day...
Monday- after trip from Ohrid of course we went to the office- we had lots of staff to do com'n we were not here for the whole weekend;-) but Owca started to work less- so I stay in office longer with Kobila;-)
in the eveningn we had guests wow- Ravin- Im his support in picking up his girlfriend- an intern in New Sacz- now she is safe and home there, Maja Nena and her boyfriend...
Do u know our beloved @ Lubljana has 12 members- 10 in eb so thats mean only LCP is a leadership position and she has 2 people form macedonia in eb- cause studying in slovenia is nicer;-) students are really priveleged and e.i. got cheaper coupons for food
Finally we didnt get out anywhere- we started cost cutting!
Ok the rest of the days later now time for my last visit in green market- I want to visit this freaky place for the last time

o h r i d

thursday begun not so late- girls were able to wake up although did not stay in the office so long so i had lone time, its strange to work alone im not used to it and to be frank im not more eefective then im a social person i need people when i do sth;-)evening was nth special- mc held meeting about eurco so we gave them staff back and around 1 were sleeping- so nice;-) btw first time in my life i share room - not on the camp or sailing staff, have i written about it? at its one room for 4 people with cooking anex together! and... i like it ok still cannot imagine it for one year especially year of combining aiesec, work, studying but still :D

On Friday in the evening we went to Ohrid- CEEDers escape for holiday. Driving with bus passed very fast:D. We stayed in one of Lucka’s VPs place, the first evening spent on sightseeing by night in disco on the lake and on the beach. The toilette in the disco was crazy- this only whole in the floor one, unisex without lock in the doorsJ. Saturday was day of sightseeing Ohrid is great there used to be 365 churches one for every day! Wow and we visited 5 and they were amazing especially the last on of saint noam- if im supposed to take wedding this is my place. It was the first church I feel so warm in and when I touched the walls they seemed so warm for me! And I had this strange feeling I belong to this place, I lit the candle for all of you friends and family:* and I got these picture for free will it take care of me instead of the old one from you… we spent some time on the beach, too this is lake is more than the sea- stones, do not see the second side only reeds in some parts of it reminds that this is the lake. Whereas in Skopje the entrance fee is not so high, and free on Sunday here in Ohrid… they had different prices for foreigners! Sometimes double! so we pretended to be domestics :D WE see the ruins of the castle and really lots of picturesque places this city is amazing combination of beaches, places to relax and monuments! We ate in kafana I do not know how to write it- kebabcice of course with bread, chips with ketchup and mayonaze and bread;-) and…raw kromids;-). The evening was out time:D We went to disco place, rock place and then back to disco but not all of us- host and Rita chosen sleeping, for me since I didn’t go to any club here it was great to dance and relax with cocktail, although money is spent so fast thereL and of course around 4- supper or breakfast in burek place- not burek but sandwich com’n people it is not healthy…pizda!

Sunday was totally lazy time- we got to know that there are no places in the bus so we stayed till Monday and spent whole day sailing with boat, sunbathing and swimmin wow- back to roots no way i need water im addicted to id and giving up sailing was one of the wors decisions time go back to it as amateur! water- so relaxing swimming in the middle of lake, boat rescue action and the beaches- wow music sun, clean water com'n i do no need anythink else!!!! coming back was crazy casue we staed out as long and possible we had 2-hour come back in the evening it got wavy and cold- so we had teambuilding hugging playing stupid thoughts. Before coming here I wouldnt say u can get on so well with sb in few days- so many times we said the same think in the same time!totally crazy!and that u can get so freaky and show feelings wow:D
we got a little bit burnt and were cold tired so we stayed at home at night... and got real macedonian hospitability!!! com'n people here are so great i felt home! and the food wow com'n i was not able to finish it of course bread chips meat eh! but it was tasty, still my stomach starts to miss my cuisine...

we got back on monday morning trip was longer than expected due to some protests, so we just changed staff and went to office;-)

general Mace thoughts

ok some general thoughts gathered alltogether probably some of them already mentioned;-)almost everyone here smokes and smokes really too much- cigarette one after another. Drivers are crazy go on green go on red go even when something is on their road, tea similar as this in Bulgaria not normal tea but fruit of herbal one. When u order beer it is normal they will bring u 0,3:/ and it cost around 5 zl, but u get kikiriki- salted peanuts (roasted in shells) for free;-)ok in Ohrid not probably too many tourists. people stare here Ido not why is it so obvious for them ur stranger or they have this way of looking at others?more direct and touching;-)the prices differences are really crazy some things so cheap otherseven more expensive than in Poland. People in shops lots of them really nice they do not count every single Den as grosz in Poland. You can drink outdoors so they stay at night in park with quitar- singing songs and drinking. They eat to bread to every meal- you got chop, pommes and bread but crunchy pieces of it not normal one... and tatata u can eat raw kromid (onions) here really- sth like salad... raw pieces of onions crazy;-). You can drink water from the tap and get it for free in most of restaurants or staff like that:D

International Dinner

So on Wed evening we had International Dinners- party by CEEDers thanks to making all shopping o tue we had everything needed so I prepared pierogi- I rolled out dough with bottle of Zubrowka:/ btw this Zubrowka is fake or sth cause it became ice! after putting in refregerator I do not think it is normal for Vodka...?:/Rita prepared some fish staff and Slovenians- pasta;-) Although I didnt have any needed staff not only for dough but to smash potatoe either I managed... with help of Tygiel and Kobila:D almost till the very end cause then water boilt in Macedonian time and the pierogis got stuck so some of them were cooked and the others fried alltogether, so it was I do not know what but people liked it;-) . I didnt drink much at the party- room was so smoky I decided to go down for the fresh ait and had chat with Rite eh everything works so different there, in Portugal I cannot even imagine how it is possible to work like that or maybe better not be able to work proper:/another world and circumstances. I really think we should consider consequences when inventing some new gadgets, cause then people become to dependatn on them. Downstair I had beer fight with Rainvce- hugs to Laska;-) and got stinky and dirty..so I needed to take shower and missed bithces bitches game so i didnt get drunk:P of course we had lots of pics, movies from the party and of course we danced @ dances:D party finished around 2 we made fast cleaning and people took the rubbish so it was ok:D

u cannot put kromid for 6 months without water- its not healthy!

so now firsly why such a title- we had a chat about cuisines and girls said that everything in Poland is sweet even salads, and there was some shitty sweet staff in hamburgers- I think it was dried onion- and the title is Kobila's reaction;-), generally everything strange can be described as not healthy together with lele, smacznego and agnieszka these are quotations of this ceed;-)
ok but not time to make up for days i didnt write about but it wont be in chronorogical order sorry wed the 2nd was free! national event- the whole skopje was full of flags but that was everything;-)nth more happened i got to know later that is beacuase all people went home or to one city to celebrate sorry forgot the name or home cause majority of skopje inhabitants are not from here, we had lazy morning sleeping till we die;-) borrowed cooking staff from mc cause we lack some and then some cooking- filling to ruskie;-) and visit to the Kale- castle with Ravin Maja and Rita. Town was so calm and quiet almost no people on the streets! amazing Castle by day was great and view of Skopje even better turkish bazar- small, narrow streets with different atmosphere, ont the way we visited national gallery- better than museum;-), strange and impressive for me connection of old turkish bath place and modern pieces of art although it was not sunday we got there for free..wow;-) and noone followed us we were able to touch everything and take pictures. We also visited orthodox church havent been to any since visits to Greece with my grandma, no seats only these on the walls, lights full of seads with small candels floating in the oil I think they were in intention of sth or someone- cause they had future date on it hmm?we ate ice cream- 5 den per ball these prices here are weird... comparing this to beer e.i. while coming back we got on amazing monastery courtyard- peaceful, full flowers, and tombs- old one some maby from medieval times and hm you walk on them..:/ we had also opportunity to hear voices calling for mass- really made impression rest in the next posts;-)

Ok so i do not know how much about @ have i written before sorry if i repeat sth!
@ mace- mc in skopje and 3 lcs 1 in skopje.
MC- 2 internationals- Majka here since around month, Ravin- 4 months- PD & X, - then 3 people from Mace- Toni- MCP, Vida- ER & Finance & Scena- new member cause the old one... is not with them anymore- Promotion.
International leave in the MC flat and are the only full time members, the rest come to the office only for about 4 hours, have their life, school do not get money etc.
Earnings- enough for living but hm very modest one;-)- people- different lots of contrasts- some amazing some not fully understanding the organization- as everywhere. Although getting awards- facing lots of problems
LCs- small i think to small- number of active members especially, recruting people not for the needs - exact numebr for exact project but to have people
great learning planners
skopje big office with really good equipment but grey and sad maybe this is refurbishing time.
really open for cooperation- projects in cee and wanting to learn from others
lots of people with not so close realtion to @ not real members or active and making real work but going for parties, going for conference supporting from time to time
interview for ocps of the project- not ocp designs the proect but u look for ocp for ready, designed project
cash flow- accrording to our realities at least strange- invoices tracking- noo;-) sth more lateer now im melting uaaaaaaaaaa

After big shopping in green market we went to the swimming pool only 2 of us cause girls were too tired:/ it was really great after this whole day unfortunately twarog and tofik were no there so we need to look for new friends;-). I lost my slippers on the roof and when we were back they were not there any more I wondered who stole them or what my old free gadget from cosmo slippers;-). But they were there cleaning guy took them to the plays with tables and umbrella so I didn’t have to go home barefoot. On way back we went to kam market sth like biedronka bought missing staff to eat and 4 pierogiJ,on way back I wanted to eat burek cause girls ate it after coming from office and I cannot be worse;-). But there was no pizza so I gave up and made a salad. It turned out that the rest of the ceeders spent this time sleeping!!!! Wooow;-) and in the evening time with eb yeah reception;-), and my fight to prepare popcorn never before was the process so slow, maybe because the staff I put corn in was more like baking/roating tin rather than frying pan:/ ok so in fact there was no meeting and reception we went for burek bleeeee and skopsko- in lift we met guy he recognized Slovene from milds – crazy such a small world he lives I our block of flats I felt a little bit shitty but girls didn’t let me we were dancing @ dances of course and have some view exchange- we invented roll call for lpm and we thought we are main from @ as much as we can now- and @ XP principles;-) we everyday take active role in learning of Rita;-) wow its amazing to see how u change girl!!!!! Maybe some wont be so happy about this change- a crazy one;-):P but from me great wow for u keep my fingers crossed for u as LCVP PD of next term!

U I would forget- we discovered new part of green market we called it wedding part with lots of shining things for various events more turkish or albanian wow Clothes in style I ve never seen in my life and amazing atmosphare - u really felt as stranger there but not as someone not well seen simply not understanding what is this place about

today for half euro i bought 1kg of tomatoes, 1 kg potatoes, half of onions- kromids and half of paprika crazy isnt it?especially when taking into account that beer in caffe is one and a half almost:/ strange country:D eh i wonder how our interantional dinner will be cause making pierogi will be really challenge- aaa yesterday i got to know new things- some funny staff to clean or disinfecting ur hands wow;-) Ritita clean lady;-0 have i told u thah im not wearing watch? yes first time for hm- 10 ages?yes and i do not feel very disabled without! btw for u to know the prices 1eur=63 denars:P

so the swimming pool- water is warmer than in poland and its strange cause its easier to swim in it
people- mostly sitting and staring or jumping not swimming and there are no marked routes for swimming. we were hooked up by such a group of boys playing as in the primary school;-) but we have appointment with them today so we will see;-). there is also nice place on the roof to sit and have suntun. the swimming pool looks awful from outside but in its nice:-) although change room and staff to put ur clothes in a little bit old fashioned:D;-). Birthday party a little bit strange crazy and challanging but much more hm calmer than ours :P

its raining can...

Monady was crazy- we met EB in the Office having RB for OCP so we needed to wait one hour for the office to be working- we were of course making movies, singing Agnieszka, improving jasmine and.. I showed umits dance to the girls Slovene were amazed and now they want him to be chair in Slovenia, too and are learning this dance. I got around 30 mails so its not so bad;-) some gg chats but less than usual and really later one when I was in the mc flat I didn’t even feel the need to check mails greaaaaaat;-)

I do some staff to be done on Monday mostly mailings some explanations not long term ones- will have time offline or we will see;-). I also looked for pictures for our layout :D.

We left the office with Rita earlier starving- but there was TAXI waiting outside- lucky us!!!!!we went to VERO bought food- grilled chicken but we bought some piece of pizza too cause we wouldn’t be able to go home;-). That’s why Ofca and Kobila were not so much later and we had meal together- we went so much pasa with mozzarella and chicken- I was not able to finish mine- and Kobila wants to be healthy she ate only salad. BTW each of us was wondering to eat burek so hungry we were! Tomorrow we need to take some food to the office! When we digested we finally went to the castle still have to go there by day but night view and exploring new part of the town was also great! We had a chat about freedom of our countries and the staff like that cause for Ritita it’s a little bit new. And on 2^nd and 3^rd we gad days off cause its national Macedonian time;-)cannot wait to see how they celebrating these! Then chilout in alo alo and wine in mc flat huh we made reception internationals for internationals;-). Of course with mc u can only chat about@:P still so many things are big surprise and challenge here!:D

And the title of the post- for two days we had pasta with tuna and today while walking to castle a tuna can attacked us from the tree- an empty one unfortunately:/

We invented our roll call too- we really know how to entertain ourselves:P

Ooo I would forget… on wed we have international dinner- ceeders came up with the idea so today I created spam in @ staff;-) about it unfortunately there was sth not warking with pictures but still we will see;-)… im going to make ruskie pierogi- keep ur finger crossed cause the conditions in our kitchen are rather for- give them only zubrowka;-)
