expro final update

During this conference I got to know my strenghts and although I found out about them earlier, only then did I realize that Im focusing too much on my weaknesses, on EXPRO I realized this is not the point. I started to work on myself. Actually I understood I CAN BE A LEADER & I WANT TO BE ONE!!!
LN day - various thoughts, especially about a little bit poor content:(. But movie inconvenient truths was sth amazing!

I'm sometimes and somehow unable to control my emotions. Crying from such random reasons. Still do you know that recently there have been some polar bears sinking cause they cannot reach ice? Brutal! I unedrstood relations & connections in our life: e.g.
its not about screaming make all zoo animals free if they will have no place to live.
Its not about increasing X numbers if we wont be the one wishing to live this eXPerience, understanding % acknowleding its quality.
Then focus on organization, in the same time discussions and digging in yourself.
Its really a must conference for our next lcp whoever it will be. if the LC wants to be really @ successful.
Network, different points of view, undoubtedly week of life so far!
