LCM & EXPRO

LCM:
agenda- waiting for evaluations to see. Still Im quiet ok with the content, but not number of ppl at sessions. Still assessing newies performance I think it was ok more or less. Sth is changing but this is a start of the process we will se whether its going to be continued.
Election itself- thinking of my successor not able to compare with me from one year ago. It would be ql to have sb assessing similarities and differencies.
Not in case of character but also knowledge, preparation etc.
All of VPs got vote of trust. GA more or less even above my expectations in terms of atmosphere and questions.
And we had a new GA position- DJ cause of some technical problems music was played from another laptop and another one ppt.
But thanks to this Klimeczek got relation online:-)
I started to wonder about some problems that was touched on LCM and choosing one- integration it is so crazy for me cause I really dunno what else can be done about it?
Having plan of integrating events in advance but still only few people will show & in addition this is sth that make company of AIESEC in my opinion. Instead of sponatenous meetings, beer on Wednesday in Equi lets have sth planned &organized...

And after LCP election took more than one hour to bring ppl down for common celebration- everybody locked in their room & drinking within the team
