So i will give here only priorities without description and mos:/
Functional:
Proper recruitment
Deeper organizational understanding and identification
Unification and coherence of used tools
Personal:
New skills gained
Balance in life
Learn foreign languages
tat's why im now listening to bbc:]
it gives opportuynity to masterfy 3 out of 5 languages I choose:
Russian
Bulgarian
Spanish/ Portugese still dunno
English and German- to master
