First decision as MCVP TMe- choosing my NST need to select 2out of 3 applicants and the decision is not so easy but time to move to work soJ
Im an admin of Bulgarian community- so I feel more like on the way of my contribution :D as well as the time of sessions creation for PlanCo, templates etc its really ql feeling!!!:-)to create this kind of things hoping that they will imrpoves qulity of eXPerience members go through.
One thing is for sure to remember about the aim what are we doing this stuff for and communicate it so people know why these all documents and materials are worth creating as well as using. Im trying to find my own balance between thinking out of the box, Polish way and Bulgarian reality and its’s hard –e.g. if u do not want force urself too much then u find urself in the situation of staying nearby not in the center, on the other hand its not about persuading anybody but about mutual development!
One year abroad- I really believe it will also contribute to my language developemnt- both russian and english, but also to my personal development- life balance, gaining new skills and competencies according to my plans- yeah yeah I have gone throught deep goal setting now time to have this goal in front of my eyes and start hm self tracking and execution;-)
